AccutechERP and its associated mobile application "SalesApp" are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information for both the ERP platform (web-based) and the mobile SalesApp used by field personnel.
1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to:
- AccutechERP Web ERP Platform (used by administrators, accountants, business managers)
- SalesApp Mobile Application (used by field sales personnel for order entry, attendance, etc.)
2. User Accounts
The information we collect is used for:
- ERP users and SalesApp users are created and managed solely by the company's administrator.
- No public sign-up or registration is available in either platform.
3. Data We Collect
Depending on the platform and access level, we may collect the following data and store them in the respective Database of that company
A. AccutechERP (Web Platform):
- Company and user profile data (name, email, role, business entity info)
- Financial, sales, inventory, and billing records
- Usage logs for system activity and audit trail
B. SalesApp (Mobile Application):
- User ID, name, phone number (assigned by admin)
- Location data: precise or approximate, collected only during work-related activities such as:
- Attendance marking
- Geo-tagged order entries
- Field visit validation
- Device info: model, OS version, IP (for app security and analytics)
4. Purpose of Data Collection
- Enable ERP functionality including accounting, inventory, order, and customer management.
- Allow salespersons to perform their job remotely via SalesApp (e.g., mark attendance, log visits, create sale orders , save them offline or online and sync offline orders to cloud)
- Secure and improve performance of both platforms
5. Data Storage and Protection
- Every client (company) has a separate, isolated database
- Data is encrypted during transmission (SSL/TLS)
- Secure server hosting with regular backups and firewall protection
6. Location Data Usage (SalesApp only)
- Collected only when users are logged in and performing work tasks
- Used for verifying physical presence during attendance or order tagging
- Never collected in the background or outside of business use
- Location data is stored only if relevant to company operations
7. Data Sharing Policy
- We do not sell or share data with external third parties
- Data is accessible only to authorized users within your company and to AccutechERP support (on request and approval)
8. Third-Party Services
- We may use Google Maps, Firebase Analytics, or similar SDKs to enable features and monitor app usage
- These services may collect anonymized technical data in accordance with their own policies
9. User Control and Rights
- All user data is created, modified, or deleted via Admin access
